Justine joined Blythe Liggins in March 2025 as practice administrator, a role that is both varied and wide-ranging.
She is fundamental in recruiting staff and offering support and encouragement to the firm’s existing employees and the higher management. Justine is extremely diligent as she proactively ensures that the firm continues to comply with the Lexcel Quality Standard, and adherence with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Justine is well-resourced with over twenty years of experience in office management, IT administration, and executive support. She previously spent sixteen years at her last workplace where she excelled in service coordination, HR support, event planning and overseeing daily operations.
She now brings to the firm a wealth of information, and training in systems management, team leadership and customer service.
Justine lives locally with her husband and two children. Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her family, walking, attending the gym, and socialising.
