During the breakdown of a relationship it is important to remain child-focused to protect the interests of children by always remembering to put them first.
The very best arrangements for a child are those that are agreed between the mother and father directly. Sometimes, however, this is not possible and in those circumstances many different legal issues can arise and therefore it is important to seek expert advice and guidance.
We pride ourselves at Blythe Liggins on being able to provide a child-orientated service that handles sensitive situations with sympathy and thoughtfulness, while also understanding the importance of sometimes being firm to help achieve the outcome your children need. While family matters involving children are best resolved outside of the courts by agreement, sometimes that is just not achievable. We are experienced in taking legal action through the court when necessary.
