Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (3 years PQE) to join our established and friendly firm. We pride ourselves on our non-corporate, supportive, and collaborative culture, and are looking for someone who shares these values.

About the Role

You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases for both registered and unregistered titles
  • Transfer of Equity transactions
  • Remortgages
  • A wider variety of residential property transactions

About You

We are looking for someone who can work effectively under pressure within a busy conveyancing department, both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • A confident, friendly, and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients, colleagues, and external contacts
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in contributing to a positive team environment
