Tim is the Partner in charge of the Residential Conveyancing Department. He specialises in all aspects of property work, dealing primarily with the residential market. He is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Background

Tim was articled at Wright Hassall in Leamington Spa. He qualified in 1981 and worked in Birmingham before joining Varley Hibbs to work at their Leamington Spa office. Tim joined Blythe Liggins as a Partner in 2003 to team up with his brother David.

Interests

Tim lives in Leamington Spa and is married with three children, twin boys and a girl. Tim is/has been a keen sportsman having played cricket, football and tennis in the past for local teams and currently plays badminton and real tennis. He also runs the Blythe Liggins skittles team!

He enjoys listening to a variety of music which just about extends to the music played by his sons in two local bands.

Tim is a governor of two local primary schools, having previously been Chair of both for a number of years.
