Background

Lynsey is a Solicitor specialising in Family Law. She advises clients on a wide variety of family law including divorce, separation, financial matters, contact and residence of children and cohabitee disputes. Lynsey adopts a conciliatory, pragmatic approach to all of her family work, seeking to avoid expensive and protracted court battles.

Lynsey covers a broad spectrum of family matters and has a fervent belief in fairness and justice.

Lynsey is also Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the WPH Charitable Trust. The Trust exists to give help and support to worthy causes which will benefit the health of people living in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Interests

Lynsey enjoys a variety of sports and she regularly plays for the Blythe Liggins' netball team in league matches. Lynsey is a very keen cyclist and plans to participate in various mountain biking events such as the Coast to Coast Cycle from Whitehaven to Tynemouth. Lynsey has also taken part in several local charity runs such as the Race for Life and the Two Castles Run. Aside from trying to keep fit, she enjoys travelling.
