Louise has over 20 years' experience in family law and is a qualified Legal Executive and a member of the Institute of Legal Executives .

She undertakes all manner of family work including divorce, separation, financial matters, contact and residence, removal from jurisdiction cases, cohabitee disputes and advising on same sex relationships. Louise has a particular interest in financial matters involving businesses and pensions. She has extensive experience in handling complex matters including matters in the High Court in London .

Louise adopts a conciliatory approach to all of her family work, seeking wherever possible to promote agreement rather than resorting to expensive and protracted court battles, but will litigate hard if need be.

Background

Louise has been a member of the firm's Family Law Department for eight years. Previously she has worked in Staffordshire and the West Midlands. She has also worked in Coventry and is well known to many local practitioners.

Interests

Louise enjoys travelling. She also likes to keep fit and in 2006 took part in the Warwick and Kenilworth Two Castles Run.
