Kevin is one of the Partners in the firm's commercial department and joined the firm's Executive Committee in 2009. He carries out a wide range of business affairs work. He primarily specialises in commercial property and particularly enjoys development acquisitions acting for regional and local house builders.

He is a member of the Charity Law Association and acts for a number of local and national charities. Kevin is a charity trustee of Hill Close Gardens, a grade 2* Victorian pleasure garden in Warwick which has undergone restoration with the assistance of a substantial grant from Heritage Lottery.

Background

Kevin qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 having been educated at Warwick School and the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He undertook his training contract at Blythe Liggins and became a Partner in 1999

Interests

Kevin lives in Leamington and is married with two young children. In his spare time he tries to enjoy most sports particularly playing golf and skiing.
