David heads Blythe Liggins' Commercial Services department and is a joint Senior Partner of the firm. He joined the firm's Executive Committee in 1995. He deals with corporate, commercial and commercial property matters and specialises in business sales, mergers and acquisitions and secured lending transactions. David has extensive knowledge of commercial property and corporate law. He is able to advise on routine issues as well as high value transactions.

Background

David was educated at Malvern College and graduated in Law from Birmingham. He attended Guildford College of Law before joining the firm as an articled clerk where he trained principally in the Commercial Department. David became a Partner in 1989 and Head of the Commercial Department in 1995.

David's interests include music, playing the guitar, South Florida and sport of most kinds.
