Claire is a Partner in the Litigation Department, heading the Personal Injury team and she joined the firm's Executive Committee in 2009. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has advised clients with a wide variety of injuries arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work or in the street and those arising from medical negligence. She has voiced Blythe Liggins' well known commercial on Mercia FM for the last 6 years, appeared as an adviser on BBC Watchdog and Sky's Legal TV and given numerous local radio interviews. She is a frequent contributor to the Leamington Spa Courier's Zone advice section.

Background

Claire was born and bred in Leamington Spa. She graduated with a law degree from Leicester University before completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York. She joined Blythe Liggins as a Trainee Solicitor in 1996, qualifying in 1998 and becoming a Partner in 2002.

Interests

Claire is married with two young children and lives in Warwick. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, travelling and running. She has a passion for music and songwriting, playing the guitar and a handful of other instruments.
