Our team has years of experience in preparing Wills and dealing with the administration of estates, whether straightforward or complex. We understand the potential family pressures that may arise on death and are familiar with the various problems that can arise during the course of the administration of an estate whether there is a Will in place, or not.

Within the Probate Department there is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Probate Section of the Law Society as well as members of Solicitors for the Elderly.
