Tim has advised many people who return to him each time they are dealing with a different property, in some cases seeing them move home several times and then into retirement accommodation. Background & Memberships
Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1981 firstly working in Birmingham and then Leamington Spa. He joined Blythe Liggins in 2003 teaming up with his brother David. Tim forms part of the firm’s Executive Committee which oversees the management of the firm.
Tim lives in Leamington Spa and is married with three children. Tim is/has been a keen sportsman having played cricket, football and tennis in the past for local teams and currently plays badminton and real tennis. He also runs the Blythe Liggins skittles team and enjoys answering some questions at quizzes.
He enjoys listening to a variety of music which just about extends to the music played by his sons in two local bands.
Tim is a governor of two local primary schools, having previously been Chair of both for a number of years.
