This page will allow you to pay for and receive three types of estate agent model agency contracts in Word format for you to use in accordance with our terms and conditions. The three contracts are for:
- Sole Agency/Joint Sole Agency
- Sole Selling Rights
- Multiple Agency
The cost of all three is £250 plus VAT (£300 in total).
The agency contracts are designed to comply with all relevant up to date legislation and also The Property Ombudsman’s latest Code of Practice dated 1st June 2019.
They are clearly laid out with spaces for you to insert your details together with those of the seller and the property and variables such as the percentage commission and illustrative fee, any fixed or minimum fees and any withdrawal charges.
