How to complain
We aim to offer all our clients an efficient and effective service and we are confident that we do so. In the event, however, that there should be any aspect of our service with which you are unhappy including the bills that you receive from us, and which we cannot resolve between ourselves, you may raise the matter with Andrew Brooks who is the Firm’s Complaints handling Partner, or, if you prefer, one of the Senior Partners.
