We have over many years developed a strong legal reputation for our expertise in dealing with separating/divorcing parties’ finances. We adopt a firm and pragmatic approach. We operate out of our local County Court in Coventry, but also have experience of litigating in the Family Division of the High Court in London. Pre-Nuptial/Civil Partnership Agreements
We offer a balanced and pragmatic service to those clients who wish to regulate their financial arrangements prior to marriage/civil partnership ceremony.
Domestic Violence
Domestic violent cannot be tolerated in today’s society and as a firm we are able to act in an emergency situation for those requiring urgent remedies following incidents of domestic abuse. We are also able to advise and represent those who have been accused of domestic violence within injunction proceedings.
