Top Equestrian Lawyer on New Training Video

04/11/2009

A Leamington solicitor who is one of the country’s leading equine lawyers and also a dressage rider has been chosen to offer advice on a new equestrian training video.
Jacqui Fulton, who heads the equine law department at Blythe Liggins and has represented some of the biggest names in the equestrian world, said the video was designed to inspire and support riders preparing for dressage competition.
Sponsored by Petplan Equine, one of the UK’s leading equine insurance providers, the advice video features top dressage trainer Adam Kemp and six times Badminton Champion Lucinda Green.
Mrs Fulton, who is herself the current Petplan Medium Open National Champion in British Dressage, provides the all important legal advice on site at www.yourstables.co.uk
Mrs Fulton, who joined Blythe Liggins in 2003, was made a solicitor advocate in 2005, enabling her to represent clients at High Court hearings.
Richard Thornton, a senior partner at Blythe Liggins, said: “Jacqui is very well known and respected in equestrian circles and has considerable experience of equine law at the highest level. She was the obvious choice for this video.”
Blythe Liggins has an extremely strong equine department acting for a wide range of equestrian clients, from many top riders and British Eventing (for whom it runs the national legal help-line) to the charity Riding for the Disabled Association.
